At Baby Cat Co, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- USA: 7-14 business days
- International: 14-24 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Every order includes tracked and insured shipping. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can check its status at any time using that number.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out to us at hello@babycatco.com and we'll help track it down. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected separately, if applicable, by the courier or local customs authority.
